Fraud is possible, yet highly unlikely due to
the details involved in a U.S. Tax return. No
two taxpayers have the exact same identifying
numbers. Internet, e-mail address and IPS
(Internet Provider Services) can be verified by
Federal Authorities, at any time. Providing
false information or filing a fraudulent tax
return is a Federal offense, punishable by law.
The previous year's AGI must be provided in
order to e-file.
Confidentiality: All forms are faxed directly
into the TWT office. Once work has been
completed all forms are returned to the
taxpayer, alone with the completed tax returns.
Any additional paperwork or supporting documents
are shredded. The only record that is
maintained, is that of the actual tax return,
for three to four years
