Fact: IRS is governed by Tax Codes (Law) They respond to F o r m s. We understand what Forms to use.
Questions & Answers Q: Why should I use your service, I can just call IRS. A: You could, however, we do not advise it. IRS is bigger then big. There are a number of things that could hurt your tax situation with IRS if you are not aware of the tax codes. Plus, it is a Federal Crime to lie to a Federal Agent. And sometimes, if you provide information without realizing the consequences, it could cause more serious problems. Q: Can you help me with a loan to pay my taxes? A: Yes and No. We can help you with a real estate refinance loan (all credit scores) and Accounts Receivable Funding (Invoice Factoring) for Small Businesses - no financials needed, or we can file the necessary papers for a 60 month payment plan with IRS - if we are involved with the tax years in question. Q: My spouse is not available can I resolve the tax issue with only my signature? A: No, If you filed Married (Jointly) in the past; both husband and wife must sign Form 8821. Q: I have not filed my taxes for previous years, IRS sent me a tax bill. What should I do? A: File the tax returns for that year. If you do not have your W-2s, we can call IRS on your behalf and obtain the necessary information to complete the Tax returns. The penalty and interest continues to occur so the sooner you mail the tax returns the better. Q: How will I know if you have contacted IRS and resolved my tax issue? A: IRS will contact you by mail. We also provide ID, time and date of our contact. Q: Are you enrolled agents?: A: No, we are Tax Accountants. We are registered, bonded and certified to do Federal taxes in all 50 states, the World and the State of California. We can do most state returns without a problem. However, there are a few states that have certain licensing requirements. Q: What is the difference between an Tax Accountant and an Enrolled Agent? A: About $100.00 per hour! The Tax Accountant is not permitted to represent taxpayers before the IRS. We cannot "speak" for the client. We can only obtain information and submit forms and or tax returns related to the tax year in question. Q: How much do you charge for the Offer and Compromise? A: We refer all Offer and Compromise work to an Enrolled Agent. Q: Is your service confidential? A: Yes, the law provides protection for communications between a taxpayer and an attorney and authorized tax practitioners. We use an online fax service so that tax information is not left at the fax machine. Q:: What is this Form 8821? And Form 4506-T? A: Form 8821 is strictly a disclosure authorization form. This form allows us to exchange information on your behalf with IRS. Form 4506-T is a Request for Transcript of Tax Return; recently the IRS has required this form as well as Form 8821 in order to acquire all the information necessary to complete a correct return. You can download Form 8821, Tax Information Authorization. This will authorize us to OBTAIN INFORMATION from IRS on you behalf. It DOES NOT Allow us to sign your name, speak for you or make any decisions on your behalf. Fax your Form 8821 back to 1 866 531-2808 Q:: My tax return was incorrect for a previous year. I owe a lot more in taxes because of the error, what should I do? A: We can amend your tax return for you. It is a good idea, to have in your possession, proof for the correction. Q: What if I am being audited? A: Our services are limited to form submission. You should contact an Enrolled Agent or a Tax Attorney
